1. Budget Costa Rica collects the user personal information by using the website, products and services, when subscribing to our newsletter, promotions, creating an account and when using the customer service functionality to contact us.

13. This third-party service provider will use the personal information only for the purpose of sending newsletters, promotions and advertising and marketing campaigns, according to the preferences established by each user. This information is protected by a confidentiality agreement.
