  • Cancellation 24+ hours before pickup: $50 fee
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours: $100 fee
  • No-show or missing documents: no refund
  • Early return or late pickup: no refund for unused days
  • Direct reservations: modifications allowed (rate differences may apply).
  • Third-party reservations: contact the travel agency directly.

Accidents and Roadside Assistance

  1. Call 911 for a police report.
  2. Call Quálitas (+506 2210 2490) for an insurance adjuster.
  3. Submit both reports when returning the car.
  • SLI: Third-party liability
  • CDW: Vehicle damage with deductible
  • LDW: Vehicle damage without deductible
  • PAE: Occupants’ injury or death
  • RSN: 24/7 roadside assistance
  • WTC: Windshield, tires, and window coverage
